Nothing. Membership is free, for life. There is no card on file. The shop and the OPHI premium tier are separate, paid products.
Do I need to live in London?+
No. The free programmes run in thirty-eight London boroughs today and extend to Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol, Leeds and Liverpool through 2026 and 2027. The members area is open to anyone.
What happens with my data?+
We use it to run the programmes you sign up for and to send you the weekly digest. It is not sold, not shared with advertisers, and is held to NHS data-handling standards.
Can I cancel my membership?+
Yes, any time, or never. There is no contract. Sign-out from the dashboard ends the session; account deletion lives in account settings.
Is the first session really drop-in?+
Yes. Show up, give your name, you are in. No paperwork at the door. The coach will introduce you.
