The work

What HealthyHER does, plainly.

HealthyHER pairs trained female coaches with cohorts of 8–12, in centres that already work — Better, GLL, and a growing list of community trusts. Six weeks, two sessions a week, no monthly subscription.

The programme is built around three lifts (squat, hinge, press) plus mobility and breath work. It is not a class. It is a curriculum, scaled by capability.

Three lifts — squat, hinge, press — scaled for every body, taught by trained female coaches in cohorts of 8 to 12.

A weekly run club that meets at the times care, work and family let you actually make it.
