What HealthyHIM does, plainly.

HealthyHIM is built for the man who used to play football on Sundays and hasn’t in a decade. Six weeks. Three sessions a week. Free.

You finish on a 5k parkrun. Most people walk a chunk of it. That is the point — finishing matters, not winning.

A six-week return-to-running build that ends on a 5k parkrun. Most people walk a chunk of it.

Mind module

A six-week mental-health module written with NHS Talking Therapies. Sleep, movement, contact.

The first Sunday I turned up I walked nearly all of it. Six weeks later I jogged the parkrun. Nobody made a thing of it.
