What To Expect

A Mega Workout For Everyone

Join hundreds of people from across the community for a high-energy group workout. You can go all out or take it at your own pace. Everyone is welcome and no experience is needed.

Live DJ Music

A live DJ will keep the energy up all afternoon, so it feels more like a party than a training session.

Free Blood Pressure Checks

Get a free blood pressure check on the day. It's quick and simple, and it's one of the easiest ways to look after your long-term health. Other free health checks will also be available.

How To Register

Registration is free and takes less than a minute. You can just turn up on the day, but registering in advance helps us plan and gets you in faster.

Is the event really free?
Yes. Entry is free for everyone.
Do I need to register?
No, you can just turn up on the day. We do recommend registering in advance to help us plan and to speed up your arrival.
Is it suitable for children?
Yes. MegaFit is a family-friendly event for all ages.
I'm not very fit. Can I still join in?
Absolutely. The workout is for everyone, so go at your own pace and take breaks whenever you need to.
What should I wear and bring?
Wear comfortable clothes and trainers, and bring a water bottle.
Can I just come for a health check?
Yes. You're welcome to drop in for a free blood pressure check without taking part in the workout.
I have a health condition. Can I take part?
If you have a medical condition or any concerns about exercising, please speak to your GP before taking part. Always exercise at a level that feels comfortable for you.
